Welcome to Luvii, a mobile application developed and operated by LeoDigital ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App") and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging into, or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or rules applicable to the Services. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services and must immediately cease using the App.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and use the Services. Luvii is strictly a dating and social matchmaking application for adults. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.
  • You are not registered on any sex offender registry.
  • You have not been previously suspended or removed from our Services.

3. Account Creation and Security

To use Luvii, you must register and create a user profile. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the accuracy of your profile details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as login tokens or passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Luvii allows users to post photos, text messages, descriptions, and other content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). You are solely responsible for the UGC you publish. Under Google Play Store developer policies, we enforce strict compliance rules regarding UGC:

A. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from posting, transmitting, or sharing any UGC that contains:

  • Nudity, sexually explicit content, pornography, or depictions of sexual acts.
  • Harassment, cyberbullying, hate speech, threats, defamation, or discriminatory remarks targeting individuals or protected groups.
  • Scams, financial solicitation, fraudulent schemes, prostitution, escort services, or human trafficking.
  • Spam, commercial advertisements, affiliate marketing, or unauthorized links.
  • Violations of copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of third parties.
  • Impersonation of any other person, or fake profiles intended to deceive or mislead.

B. Reporting and Blocking Mechanisms

We provide built-in tools within the App to protect our community. At any time, you can:

  • Report UGC or Profiles: You can submit a report against any profile or message containing objectionable content by clicking the "Report" button on the user's profile or within the chat view.
  • Block Users: You can block any user to immediately prevent them from viewing your profile or contacting you by using the "Block" feature.

C. Moderation and Enforcement

Luvii uses a combination of automated filtering tools and human moderation to review reported content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove or reject any UGC that violates these Terms or our community safety standards. We will take action on reported violations (including content removal and account suspension or termination) within 24 hours of the report submission.

5. Safety and Interactions

Luvii promotes a safe and friendly dating environment, but we are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate outside the App or meet in person. We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify the statements of our users. YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS ARE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including logos, visual interfaces, graphics, code, design, and trademarks, are owned by LeoDigital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a safety risk to the App's community. You may also delete your account at any time directly through the App settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEODIGITAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LEODIGITAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, INCLUDING DISPUTES OR ENCOUNTERS WITH OTHER USERS.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered, without giving effect to any choice of law rules.
